This is a service offered to customers at SEJ Pharma who have been prescribed a qualifying new repeat medication from their surgery, that qualifies for further consultation. We ask our customers to simply sign a consent form in store, allowing one of our pharmacists to call you to discuss the new medication you have been prescribed, and to address any concerns you may have with this, and any potential side effects. We can also gain an understanding of how often it will be required, ensuring we keep the relevant stock in place for you where possible.

We offer blood pressure checks for all customers at all our community-based pharmacy stores, ensuring you do not have long waiting times and do not need to visit a hospital or your GP surgery to do this. Any issues with your blood pressure are identified and reported to you, and to your GP if required.

At SEJ Pharma, we offer flu jabs for customers, helping to prevent flu from occurring, and administering this in a quick and efficient manner.

This is a service offered by all stores within the SEJ Pharma group, to help give back to the community and improve waiting times at GP surgeries, by alleviating the pressure on GP surgeries and emergency departments. We facilitate same day appointments for minor illnesses, as well as urgent supplies of regular medication, which helps to provide more convenient treatment closer to your home.

We offer consultations in store for smokers wishing to stop smoking, offering solutions and aids to assist them in doing so. These nicotine replacement solutions/treatments include nicotine patches, nicotine gums, vaping and pamphlets/leaflets with tips on how others have succeeded using these aids.

We are promoting pharmacists to do independent prescribing courses, herby giving them the ability to prescribe certain types of medication without the need for you to visit a surgery. At present this is not available within our stores, but is soon to come!
