Do I need to make a booking to use your services, or can I just pop into a store?
We recommend making a booking in advance, should you require a service to be carried out. You can visit our stores anytime for prescriptions, over the counter medication, or for help or advice from a pharmacist, but if you would like a service carried out please do click here to book this in advance.
What is the difference between NHS and private services?
NHS services are services that are available free of charge via the NHS for qualifying patients. Private services are those available to all patients, and usually carry a fee. You can view the full list of services here, and use the drop down menu at the top of the page to distinguish between NHS services and private services. The relevant fees for private services are also displayed on this page.
How do I set up an online consultation?
To set up an online consultation, please simply choose the service you would like to have a consultation for. You can find this by clicking here. Please then select the button that states ‘online consultation’ and follow the booking process. Note that only certain services can be performed via online consultation.
